Training Routine

While I’m on a low carb diet I decided to cut back on the training. Now I only train 2 – 3 times a week which consists of a full body routine.

My workouts look like this:
Bench press
Leg extensions
Low rows
Leg curls
Shoulder press
Calf raises
Bicep curls
Tricep overhead press

Decline ab crunches

I do 4 sets of 10 on everything and try to adjust the weight so on my 10th rep I’m struggling. Even though I’m not training at my full potential I’m still feeling pumped all week.
